What you have to do
- Reponsible for the entire project management cycle for the SEA&I region by developing comprehensive project plans and budgets, and clearly defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
- Identify and engage project stakeholders, establish effective communication channels, and manage their expectations throughout the project
- Recognize potential risks and develop strategies for risk mitigation, continuously monitoring and managing risks during the project lifecycle
- Evaluate and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring that change requests are assessed and implemented appropriately
- Execute project closure activities, including finalizing documentation, conducting lessons learned sessions, and transitioning deliverables to relevant stakeholders
What you need to have
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields, such as logistics, supply chain management, or engineering
- Over 4 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects
- Possession of a recognized project management certification, such as PMP is highly advantage
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex situations, identify problems, and develop effective solutions
- With good spoken and written English and Mandarin
