Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Office Clerk to join our team. This role involves handling daily administrative tasks, assisting in managing office affairs, executing file management, and coordinating meetings. Ideal candidates should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in office software, and adeptness at handling office tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and place orders according to customer requirements
- Handle reception of visitors and phone call transfers
- Manage organization and filing of documents and materials
- Assist in developing and implementing office internal processes and policies
- Support team in daily administrative tasks
Requirements:
-Can work night shifts, weekends and public holidays
-Diploma
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented, patient, and strong sense of responsibility
- Relevant work experience is a plu
