Time Access International is the leading company in time attendance hardware and software for the last 27 years and has developed our own digital HR product.The product that Singapore and our clients are highly anticipating for, is the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) that has been in development for the last 1.5 years.
The HRMS consists of the standard modules– personnel, time attendance, payroll, leave, claims, benefits, appraisal that is beneficial to any HR staff. Our software can combine the Software Development Kits (SDK) of Biometric Attendance Devices, CCTV, Alarm Systems, and Access Control hardware into a single integrated software solution. This software has the flexibility for customisation, is available as a web-based/desktop-based application, and also needs to be extended to mobile phone platforms.
All companies of every industry from startups, SMEs and MNCs will see the need to have this integrated solution in their company. Our strengths lie in the massive customer database that we have in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
There is an 50% government grant when using HRMS in Singapore to support our local SMEs on this journey of digitalisation in line with the government's digital blueprint to better and harness new technologies. With this and more, our company is projected to grow rapidly.
We are growing a team to fill available roles to meet the rising customer demands for our application. We are in the pre launch stage and looking for a Software Developer that has experience and interest in the HRMS/Recruitment industry.
Job Position (Full-Stack Developer Cloud Native) & Responsibilities
- 3 or more years of full stack experience with web/mobile/API/SDK/ database development concepts and patterns
- Work with front end and back end teams to coordinate, write and test code
- Experienced in application development using 3rd party APIs and integration
- AWS, Azure, or any other Cloud platform certifications or experience is a bonus
- Keen to understand end-to-end business processes and takes data driven decisions
- Able to work with teams local and foreign to build solutions with customer experience, UX/UI as priority
- Has past experience and completed projects for high-quality software with modular features
- Develop and maintain commercial software to be sold to the commercial industry in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia
- Work with Project Heads as to the development of such software.
Requirements
- Possesses strong fundamentals on building an application from scratch, and has a portfolio of prior completed projects to show
- Very good understanding/familiar with Nodejs, ReactJS, ReactNative, CSS. Knowledge and experience in C++, C#, Java, Rust, Go would be a plus.
- Experience building applications in Node.js
- Ability to write clean, maintainable and performant code making use of appropriate design principles and patterns
- Experience and strong knowledge in AWS Well architected framework
- Experience in building large, scalable distributed systems with a good understanding of microservices architecture and associated principles.
- Strong experience in optimizing the performance of backend systems and scaling infrastructure components.
- Experience with working on or interfacing with REST APIs/services/dynamic link library
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Able to perform query tuning, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and debugging
- Experience with building and deploying a range of solutions into production, including using automation best practices for CI/CD/Kubernetes.
- Has experience in or willing to obtain certification for cloud-based software integration (Google, Alibaba, AWS, Microsoft Azure)
- Experience with the HRMS, Time Attendance and Payroll Industry will be highly considered and taken into consideration
