Responsibilities
- Manage and lead General Trade team to work towards increasing sales turnover, profitability and achieving sales target
- Develop and nurture allocated channel business (General Trade, HORECA & CVS)
- Drive product diversification by introducing new items and expanding customers' product offerings
- Identify and onboard new clientele to expand distribution channels
- Source for new potential business opportunities or account/s constantly to facilitate sales growth
- Execute promotional and sales initiatives to boost revenue
- Achieve monthly & yearly sales target
- Work and liaise closely with assigned retailers for sales/promotion activities/pricing and inventory
- Tailor promotion plan for smaller special account
- Monitor and analyse competitors’ activities
- Send monthly SOA & follow up with timely payment collection
- Conduct sales analysis and implement effective sales strategy & planning to meet sales target
- Work closely with customer to understand their requirements
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure prompt payment collection within given terms
Requirements
- Possession of a valid Class 3 (Manual) vehicle license, own transport is preferred
- Minimum educational qualification: O level or higher
- Have a keen passion and interest in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
- Minimum 3 years of prior work experience in General Trade is required
- Capable of working independently, demonstrating self-motivation, diligence, and organizational prowess while being adept at working with minimal supervision
- Basic proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in both spoken English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in basic written communication in both English and Mandarin
