Position: NPI Process Engineer
- Work Location: Yishun Industrial Park [ Canberra MRT] / Have company transport
- Salary: $4000 - $5000
- Working Days: 5 Days // 8am/8.30am - 5.30pm/6pm
Requirements
- Process Diploma with min 5-7 years working experience in Manufacturing or automation environment
- Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years working experience in Manufacturing or automation environment
Job Scope:
Manufacturing process set up
- Define build process of product.
- Write work instructions and test procedures.
Quality Control
- Define inspection and test plan for product
- Define checklist and test protocol
- Design jigs for critical to quality alignments
- Provide tester requirements to design team
Project
- Evaluate engineering changes of assigned product.
- Provide technical expertise of manufacturing process to PAG.
- Escalation of topics to PAG for defect resolution.
Improvements
- Design jig for ease of assembly
- Design jigs, fixtures and explore equipment for ergonomics
ISO internal auditor 45001
- Audit System Acceptance and Production processes and instructions are executed as described
- Ensure all processes and documentation are up to date and in accordance to stated clauses and standards.
