Adecco is partnering with a Japanese Automotive Manufacturer, and we are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator Executive to join their business!
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, who has experienced in handling large volume of Purchase Order, knowledge in Incoterms and experience in import and export for shipment to support both the suppliers and customers.
- Permanent, Full-time opportunity
- Location: Central region, near Labrador Park
- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Salary: up to $3,800 basic + AWS
The Job:
- Coordinate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
- Manage daily shipment activities, including generating and sending purchase orders, inputting data into SAP, arranging sailing schedules, and checking invoices and bills of lading.
- Handle supplier and customer relations, managing order backlogs and forecasts.
- Oversee inventory control, focusing on temporary stock and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) stock.
- Conduct cost analysis, with a focus on cargo and logistics costs.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
The Talent:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar environment.
- Knowledge in import/export (Incoterms, Invoice and Packing List).
- Experience in generating high volume of Purchase Orders (POs).
- Experience liaising with forwarders for overseas shipments (i.e. import and export).
