We're a leading training consultancy with a strong focus on delivering engaging experiences for global audiences through event production, logistics, and large-scale exhibitions.

If you're detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and have a knack for building harmonious relationships with stakeholders, this role might be your perfect match! Your Role:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of administrative tasks for smooth execution of training courses, including inquiries, record keeping, and document management.
  • Support the creation of documents, reports, and presentations that are key to our training programs.
  • Assist with course follow-up actions, responses, and tracking learner feedback for cross-learning and marketing.
  • Facilitate meetings, ensuring setup and refreshments are ready.
  • Manage office supplies to keep the workspace organized and welcoming.
  • Support management with office admin tasks such as leave management, claim submissions, and project coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Provide additional support with any ad-hoc tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A diploma or higher education qualification.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to professionally handle internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Comfortable taking photos and videos, and performing basic edits using preferred applications.
  • Basic design skills using Canva or other similar tools.
