Our Client is a leading leader in the communications and cyber security sector. They are looking for talents to be a part of their growing team!

Job Description

  • Oversee the team including managing of staff administrative matters such as staff's attendance, discipline and arranging of covering staff
  • Point of contact for all functions including managing of staff related matters escalated by functions’ heads
  • Manage gift declaration and disposal
  • Disposal arrangement
  • Cost Recovery
  • VIP Support Management
  • Other administrative support
  • Coordinate catering services for VIP and staff
  • Manage visitors, rooms and facilities booking for venues
  • Event support
  • All other administrative support
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

  • Min diploma in any discipline with relevant 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior relevant experience in procurement or in the job scope would be an advantage
  • Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice

Working Days / Hours

  • Mon-Fri, 8.30am – 6pm (1hr lunch break)
  • City Hall MRT
