Responsibilities: -
- To provide efficient application L2 support on the Boomi platform and other application platforms.
- To enhance customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution, reducing the number of escalations to L3, contribute to client production data migrations and production DB management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimally 3 years of experience with application support and L2 Support.
- Prior experience in application development, maintenance, support and deployment will be advantageous
- Provide solutions on application and operational issues encountered by end users
- Experience in database like Oracle, MySQL server, Postgres
- Experience in database query scripting (SQL)
- Good knowledge in Agile methodologies and AWS suite of services
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication with emphasis on technical writing skills
- Knowledge in Boomi Platform especially Boomi Integrations
- Knowledge in software and application development
