Job Description:
- Measurement, payment response and evaluation of VO for subcontractor.
- Measurement and VO submission to Client / Consultants.
- Ensure meticulous assessment of costs for all VO works.
- Advising project team on contractual rights.
- Ensuring that cost is ideally managed within budget throughout the project.
- Source for suppliers/subcontractors and generate quotation reports.
- Cost estimation.
- Tender Experience.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 5-years of relevant working experience in the Construction industry.
- Good in PSSCOC and SIA is an advantage.
- Good team player.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
