Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate tax invoices
- Basic accounting tasks and data entry to Xero.
- Handle accounts receivable and payable.
- Follow up closely with clients and outstanding debts via phone and emails
- Provide administrative support such as answering phone calls and processing mail.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least a Higher Nitec in Accounting or equivalent.
- Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g.,Xero).
- Meticulous and able to work well in a team.
- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
