Account Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Generate tax invoices
  • Basic accounting tasks and data entry to Xero.
  • Handle accounts receivable and payable.
  • Follow up closely with clients and outstanding debts via phone and emails
  • Provide administrative support such as answering phone calls and processing mail.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • At least a Higher Nitec in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g.,Xero).
  • Meticulous and able to work well in a team.
  • Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
