What you’ll do
We’re looking for two Senior Recruiters in Singapore to support hiring across Shopify in the APAC region.
These are full cycle Recruiting roles, autonomously managing everything from intake, sourcing, managing applications, interviewing, and closing while navigating a ton of ambiguity, chaos and rapid change.
You’ll interview candidates using our Life Story format where you’ll get to really know your candidates and serve as a gatekeeper, ensuring only the best of the best enter our doors. You’ll uphold our values and ensure everyone we hire does too.
You’ll develop impactful relationships with local Hiring Managers, understanding the nuanced needs in their regions.
What you bring
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in full cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles
- Experience hiring for technology companies, ideally at both start up and mature companies
- Experience as a builder of recruiting functions - implementing processes and technology at scale
- Deep curiosity and an ability to not only question to status quo, but suggest and implement new ways of doing
- Ideally you have both in house and agency experience
- A passion for our mission and our merchants
- Must have a bachelors degree
