Job Description:
- Lead overall operations, including financial performance, customer satisfaction, and team management.
- Develop and execute business strategies for growth and profitability.
- Manage budget, cost controls, and profit margins.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Establish supplier relationships and maintain inventory control.
- Oversee marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer base.
- Handle recruitment, staff training, and development.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in F&B management, preferably in Korean cuisine.
- Strong leadership, financial acumen, and strategic planning skills.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s restaurant regulations.
- Good soft skills and management skills.
- Korean cuisine major
- 10 years or more of experience in culinary
- Able to develop Korean menus
- Fluent in Korean and English
- Mature and positive attitude.
