Business Insights (80%)
- Support the Business Insights Manager in preparation of data for key business reporting
- Extract, collate and organise data and perform excel pivots
- Preparation and update of data for weekly sales trend report
- Preparation and update of data for monthly business/product mix reports
- Update of store factsheet (quarterly)
Consumer Insights (20%)
- Preparation of consumer research data for monthly reporting
- Support in upcoming Menu & Consumer research projects
- Other administrative functions as assigned
