- Facilitate end-to-end operations of CityNexus tenant onboarding, e-voucher programme, Marketplace and other marketing activities, including digital and online platforms.
- Support the development and maintenance of CityNexus app to work closely with lead department and vendor to ensure the smooth functioning of the programme.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive and efficient resolution of their issues.
- Assist in simple system testing (UAT) of the app and respective portals to identify and resolve bugs, usability issues and performance bottlenecks and facilitate deployment.
- Handle administrative tasks including compiling and submitting monthly reports promptly, e-voucher reconciliation etc.
- Any other duties as and when assigned.
