Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests courteously and promptly, and guide them to their prepared tables.
- Be knowledgeable about the menu, promotions, and service procedures.
- Address general inquiries and assist with email and phone reservations.
- Efficiently manage reservations and walk-ins to optimize seating arrangements.
- Reconfirm daily reservations and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and offer personalized recommendations.
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly.
- Solicit dining feedback from guests and communicate it to the Restaurant Manager.
- Coordinate with Front of House and Back of House to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment.
- Gather guest feedback and share insights with the management team to continuously improve service quality.
- Accommodate special requests and dietary preferences with attention to detail.
- Perform or assist in Front of House duties as needed.
Work Details:
- Location: Bugis
- Working Hours: (rotating)
- Day Shift: 10 am to 10 pm or 11 am to 10 pm
- Split Shift: 9:30am to 2:30pm, 5:30pm to 9:30pm
- Split Shift: 10am to 2pm, 5pm to 10pm
