- Performs all general administrative tasks such as data entry, updating data base and etc.
- Provides administrative support to sales and service department
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues via email, phone, or chat.
- Coordinate with internal to ensure timely delivery.
- Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.
