Responsibilities
- Handling full procurement functions including liaising with sales and suppliers on requirements, evaluation, negotiation and awards.
- Conducting sourcing event including RFP/tender.
- Developing alternative suppliers and coordinate their qualification and approval.
- Managing vendors to ensure quality, pricing and delivery objectives are met.
- Working with Sales and Supply Chain Team on supply / delivery matters for contract.
- Following up with sales team on projects status and feedback to supplier.
- Engaging and coordinating with suppliers for regulatory documentation support for sales team.
- Other Ad hoc assignment by Superior.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Procurement / Supply Chain / Chemistry or equivalent qualification.
- Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in procurement/ purchaser
