. Responsible for daily processing of policy servicing transactions efficiently and accurately. Daily policy servicing transactions includes but not limited to:
a. Client Level Changes – for e.g. change in personal particulars, contact details, returned mails.
b. Policy Level Changes – for e.g. change in coverage / premium, payment mode / method, fund switch, premium redirection, top-up, reinstatement, nomination of beneficiary, assignment.
c. Policy Values Payout – for e.g. annuity payout and survivorship check, maturity / surrender / withdrawal payout.
2. Ensure department’s defined service standards and TATs are met.
