Sales Coordinator

Sgs Testing & Control Services Singapore Pte Ltd

  • Support promotion of services for both new and existing clients.
  • Maintain awareness and understanding of all SGS services, ensuring that full range of SGS services are presented to new and existing clients to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Ensure timely creation of quotes and professional submission requested by clients, ensure follow-up.
  • Source and coordinate with affiliates and/or subcontractors for subcontract engagements.
  • Support analysis market potential and develop competitive positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor market for the development of new technologies and trends.
  • Promote the image, capability, and integrity of the company to the clients.
  • Operate to the highest standards of ethics, in accordance with the SGS Code of Integrity.
  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Science or related field would be advantageous.
  • Technical knowledge of chemical/microbiology laboratory testing would be advantageous.
  • Preferred with 1 year experience in customer service.
  • Able to work independently and multi-task.
  • Team player and with a passion for customer service.
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and oral.
  • Able to interact with all levels of management.
  • Works well under pressure, challenges status quo.
  • Acts quickly and decisively.
  • Good business acumen and results orientated
