- Supports the construction team for all design matters.
- Reviews all technical documentation and drawings of the Project works.
- Works closely with the Consultants on the designs and project deliverables to enhance site efficiency and constructability.
- Understands and familiar with Authority approval/clearance of works including URA, BCA, LTA, PUB, etc.
- Manages design approval process and coordinates with the Clients and Consultants in a timely manner to resolve all technical issues.
- Ensures strict compliance of the design in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Ensures the distribution of all the approved and latest drawings and other relevant documents to the relevant parties.
- Prepares shopdrawings with in-house BIM team and obtains approval in advance to site installation dates.
- Raises queries to Client or handles Client’s clarification on technical requirements pertaining to the Project works.
- Prepares and presents design progress status and slides to KTC management, project team and Client as and when required.
- Strong coordination and collaboration with other disciplines (i.e. Architectural, MEP, BIM, etc.) on design to ensure delivery of high quality outcome.
- Supports tender team and prepares technical tender documents as per specifications for bidding of civil and structural engineering projects as and when assigned.
- Attends Technical Meetings, Coordination Meeting, Site Meetings, etc as and when required.
