- Oversee the daily operations of Service Center and ensure compliance with proper process
- Plan resources for Service Center
- Be point of escalation.
- Assist in handling walk in customer.
- Prepare weekly and monthly report.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Nitec in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field
- 1 year of working experience as a Supervisor
- Familiar with Service Center (SC) Operations / IT Operations
- Good leadership and supervisory skills
- Good communication skills
- Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm) / Alternate Saturday (9am to 1pm)
- Work location at CT Hub (Kallang)
- Salary $2600 to $3800
