Job Description
- Maintain and update the HR database and employee records accurately
- Track and manage employee leave and attendance
- Assist in training and development matters such as registration of courses, updating of training records and following up on relevant training subsidies
- Organise staff recreation activities.
- Preparing of HR related letters
- In-charge of work pass such as pass application, renewal, e-Issuance, and cancellation of work pass.
Job Requirement
- Diploma in Human Resources
- Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience.
- Good understanding and knowledge of local labour legislation and other related employment guidelines
- Meticulous and possess good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
