Job Scopes
• In charge of assist accounts payable and receivable
• Help with the preparation of monthly landed cost reports (Detention, Demurrage, Freight Charges, and Unstuffing Charges).
• Review and establish minimum selling prices for sales products, reporting to the director and business director
• Establish the item's asking price and manage its acquisition and subsequent sale.
• Assist with logistics to ensure stock balance in actual
• Calculate the cost of processing raw materials into the finished goods.
• Determine and advise strategies to lower the landed cost from shipping lines.
• Modify the system's data to ensure managers can forecast selling prices.
• Verify that the supplier's billing matches the sales confirmation.
• Dealing with bank applications for trade financing
• Monitoring the order desk to ensure for the correct selling price
• Assist in inventory stock take
• Planning for bid preparation for company
• Dealing with the supplier to confirm payment & Portnet release for the container
• Any other ad hoc tasked assigned by superior
Requirements:
• Minimum relevant diploma qualifications
• At least 2 years’ experience in handling full set of accounts preferred
• Ability to multi-task and work independently under pressure.
• Fluency in Chinese and English languages.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Working Day:
5.5 working days
8:00am to 5.00pm (Mondays to Fridays)
8.00am to 12.00pm (Saturdays)
