Job Description

  • Customer engagement to identify their preferences and requirements for commercial vehicle leasing and sales
  • Source for new corporate accounts, including SME, MNC, Independent Contractors, and Fleet Operators
  • Facilitate test drive, vehicle introduction, and handover.
  • Provide comprehensive information about pricing, leasing, sales, or vehicle information to customers/corporates
  • Provide customer service, service recovery, and follow-ups on assigned corporate accounts
  • Assist with documentation submission for sales and leasing requirements
  • Develop professional knowledge in automotive (commercial) leasing/sales regulations and safety and vehicle knowledge
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Prepare and compile weekly sales activities and reports for management

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualifications
  • Valid class 3 driving license (Mandatory)
  • Prior 1-5 years experience in insurance, retail, real estate or automotive trade preferred
  • A strong passion for the automotive/motoring industry
  • Outspoken, strong communication skills, and good listening ears
  • Presentable outlook, good phone mannerisms, willing to learn
  • Able to function independently, and also able to work with other team members
  • Good Spoken English, able to converse in Mandarin as to liaise with our China base counterpart
