Job Description
- Customer engagement to identify their preferences and requirements for commercial vehicle leasing and sales
- Source for new corporate accounts, including SME, MNC, Independent Contractors, and Fleet Operators
- Facilitate test drive, vehicle introduction, and handover.
- Provide comprehensive information about pricing, leasing, sales, or vehicle information to customers/corporates
- Provide customer service, service recovery, and follow-ups on assigned corporate accounts
- Assist with documentation submission for sales and leasing requirements
- Develop professional knowledge in automotive (commercial) leasing/sales regulations and safety and vehicle knowledge
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
- Prepare and compile weekly sales activities and reports for management
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualifications
- Valid class 3 driving license (Mandatory)
- Prior 1-5 years experience in insurance, retail, real estate or automotive trade preferred
- A strong passion for the automotive/motoring industry
- Outspoken, strong communication skills, and good listening ears
- Presentable outlook, good phone mannerisms, willing to learn
- Able to function independently, and also able to work with other team members
- Good Spoken English, able to converse in Mandarin as to liaise with our China base counterpart
