Job Scope:
You will be responsible for the end-end recruitment process, including but not limited to: compliant job postings, job launch, sourcing, phone screens, assessments, candidate tracking and status updates, interview feedback, conveying compensation expectations and offer extension. In addition, you will also coordinate recruiting process activities with key partners, hiring/closing candidates, and understand the full recruitment life cycle.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Responsible for blue collar volume hiring, both internal and external hires for the Singapore Plant
- Responsible for the wing-to-wing recruitment process, including but not limited to, managing job posting and process compliance, job launch, sourcing and screening of candidates, interview arrangement, candidate tracking and weekly status updates to business partners. Facilitate interview feedback sessions, prepare salary proposal, extend verbal offers and issue Employment Agreements
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and develop expertise in their business and talent needs to create diverse talent pools and pipelines
- Collaborate with People Leaders and HR to ensure a positive candidate’s experience
- Utilize proactive and innovative sourcing strategies utilizing various techniques to reach out to talents
- Effectively use social media tools in alignment with the company's Brand Strategy
- Partner with local government bodies or institutions for career fairs
- Responsible for weekly reporting of TA metrics
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma with 1- 2 years of recruiting and sourcing experience
