The Job:
- Accountable for design and delivery of Total Rewards CoE solutions included specialized service delivery
- Calculate incentives scheme, conduct Job evaluation, updating Benefits Programs
- Align Total Rewards processes and programs to regional and local business priorities, culture and organizational values, obtaining input from multiple resources, rapidly creating potential improvements and recommendations, iteratively testing and refining regional and local HR solutions
The Requirements:
- Min Degree holder with min 5-8 years of relevant working experience in FMCG industry preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
