Main Duties:
- Help create and improve plans for community development.
- Attend meetings and follow up on actions.
- Encourage and assist with planning and running community projects.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to ensure activities run smoothly.
- Coordinate recruitment and involvement of members, ensuring diversity and high participation.
- Explain policies, gather feedback, and help act as a communication link between parties.
- Mobilize staff for projects and campaigns.
- Submit reports on activities, offer feedback, and suggest improvements.
- Supervise staff to maximize efficiency.
- Assist with community outreach, handling public enquiries, and promoting memberships and events.
- Ensure adherence to service standards.
Special Duties:
Administration
- Work with the Finance Coordinator to manage finances.
- Monitor budgets and ensure financial reports are prepared and approved on time.
Business Development
- Review courses to meet the community’s needs and submit evaluation reports.
- Plan marketing strategies to promote courses.
- Build partnerships with external organizations to offer new and interesting courses.
- Supervise staff to ensure efficient operations and professional handling of public feedback and enquiries.
- Other relevant duties as assigned.
Working hours:
5 Day (flexible; 3AM & 2PM) work week (4 weekdays 1 weekend)
AM: 9am – 6pm
PM: 1pm to 10pm
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Able to work shift hours and works well in a team
- Able to commit for the whole contract period (until Mar 2025)
