*Job Summary*
The Sales and Marketing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing activities, managing a team, and ensuring the execution of strategies to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to motivate and guide the team to meet performance targets.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Supervise and guide the sales and marketing team in daily operations to achieve targets.
- Develop, implement, and monitor marketing and sales strategies to boost college admissions and business partnerships.
- Collaborate with the management team to establish monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Analyze sales performance data, market trends, and competitor activity to provide insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Organize and participate in marketing activities such as events, exhibitions, and online promotions.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing content for digital platforms (website, social media, etc.).
- Ensure that the sales team adheres to policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Prepare reports on sales metrics and progress, presenting findings to senior management.
- Train and mentor the sales and marketing team, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
- Collaborate with the product and academic teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Manage the marketing budget and track the return on investment (ROI) for campaigns.
*Requirements*
- Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing strategies and tools (SEO, social media, email marketing).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and market data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and marketing platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
