We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Beauty Centre Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our beauty centre. As the Beauty Centre Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, optimizing staff performance, and driving the growth of the centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Supervise, guide, and motivate beauty therapists, receptionists, and other staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Customer Service: Ensure a seamless and premium customer experience by addressing client needs, managing complaints, and maintaining service standards.
- Operations Oversight: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention, attract new clients, and maximize sales of services and products.
- Staff Development: Recruit, train, and evaluate employees to build a skilled and knowledgeable team.
- Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to grow the business.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability through cost control and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Beauty Centre Manager or in a similar role within the beauty or wellness industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Knowledge of beauty industry trends and services.
- Experience with budget management and achieving sales targets.
- Certification or diploma in beauty therapy or a related field is a plus.
