Job Description
- General project work in all phases from concept up to detailed construction drawings, preparation of documentation and any other project materials under supervision of a team leader.
- Monitor work progress to ensure project development is according to design and time schedules.
- Prepare and Communicate design intent by computer generated or hand drawings within or outside office.
- Liaison with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
- Attend project / technical / consultant and / or other co-ordination meetings.
- Supervise, guide and advise Landscape Technicians working on the project.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the team leader.

- Individual with excellence in design and willingness to work hard and takes initiative to complete given tasks thoroughly and efficiently.
- Excellent academic performance as demonstrated by awards, for example, Dean’s List, Prizes, Commendations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD / Vectorworks, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and any other computer-aided drafting and design software.
- Good hand drawing skill and sketching ability.
- Evidence of English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Landscape Architecture program and University, preferably with Honours.
