- Complete checklists to report cleanliness and condition of each assigned area.
- Complete required Housekeeping paperwork.
- Ensure housekeeping team comply with good practices and ensure highest standard of cleanliness according to the service standards.
- Respond promptly to requests from clients.
- Monitor and maintain cleaning materials and ensure all inventories are adequately stored, recorded, and properly maintained.
- On time at work when scheduled and in proper uniform.
- Supervise and train staff to prescribed service standards.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping
- Able to lead and manage a team of Room Attendants
- Independen
- Work weekends and public holidays
- Able to understand and converse in basic English
