Project Engineer
Job Description
- Report to Project Manager
- Analyze costing
- Review project costing
- Develop Cost Estimates and manage current costing
- Budget Control and expediting
- Plan and control work progress
- Prepare Progress Reports
- Coordinate with client on project activities, including attending meetings and discussions
- Prepare minutes of meeting, procedure and work sequence
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Civil & Structure Engineering or at least 5 years of working experience in Electrical and Instrumentation works in the oil and gas or marine sector
- Understand P&ID, Schematics and engineering documents
- QSHE knowledge
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office. Knowledge in AutoCAD
- Primavera P6 will be added advantage
- Strong leadership skills and are confident in their ability to estimate costs accurately
- Independent and self-motivated, able to work as a team, with all levels
- Able to work on project construction site / shipyard
