Responsibilities:
• Manage, coordinate and document the project administrative work
• Promptly and meticulously organize and follow up on documents deliverables
• Manage, keep record and update all submission document and liaise with internally project personnel
• Assist in material sourcing and compilation of quotations from various vendors and subcontractors
• Attend project meetings and prepare minutes of meeting
• Manages, files and updates records including and not limited to catalogue, project documentation
• All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting manager
Requirements:
• Post-Secondary or recognized Certification in Related Field of studies
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in procurement
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Must be computer literate, such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Auto-Cad
• Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
