As a Senior Installation Engineer you provide technical work preparation services for product development, study, tender and commercial T&I projects.
You will have the opportunity to go offshore on the company's vessels and see your designs and work in action, supporting our fleet with anything that requires a bright technical mind and pro-active attitude.
Your daily tasks and responsibilities include the following:
- Develop execution methods for offshore projects, selection of required equipment, concept and detail design of lifting arrangements etc.
- Perform engineering, technical project preparation and execution support of offshore projects, i.e. heavy lift installation projects.
- Review and organize review of internal and external deliverables (drawings, reports and procedures).
- Prepare and coordinate subcontractor Scope of Works.

- You will work in a team with other engineers in various disciplines and actively liaise with colleagues in other departments and offices, like procurement, fabrication, operations, logistics etc.

Requirements
- A Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Offshore Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineeringor Similar.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, project preparation and execution of offshore projects.
- Excellent analytical, practical and pragmatic skills.
- Familiar with rigging design, grillage & seafastening design.
- Supervisory and coaching skills to provide guidance to less experienced engineers.
- The ambition to work (temporarily) offshore on our vessels, overseas or in our other offices.
