Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling of full sets of accounts which includes invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, general ledger and other ad-hoc duties.
- Providing general adminstrative and clerical support.
- Checking and maintaining of all financial ledgers.
- Ensuring quality and timely issuance of invoices, receipts.
- Send reminders and follow-up on payments.
- Checking and keeping records of the reimbursement of petty cash.
- Monitoring of cash flow and accounts aging.
- Managing bank deposits.
- Posting journal entries and finalizing accounts.
- Preparing monthly financial reports as and when required.
- Liaising with auditors, bankers, suppliers and any internal or external parties on accounts matters.
- Providing relevant supporting returns and schedules for tax and statutory reporting.
- Project costing, forecasting of cash flow, banking of cash collections, bank reconciliation and special projects.
- Prepare and process all staffs' payroll and pay slip and claims.
Requirements:
- Diploma from local polytechnic in Accountancy.
- Well versed in MS Office, MYOB
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Strong communication, writing and co-ordination skills.
- Meticulous and organized.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
