Logistic Administrator

Handling System Co. Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate all aspects of the transportation, scheduling and administrative duties

- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory

- Analyze and identify trends to improve logistics processes

- Manage relationships with Clients

- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements

- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

- Deal with information with confidentiality and discretion


Requirements:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics and transportation operations

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

- Knowledge in MS Office/Excel

- Able to communicate with mandarin speaking drivers

- Able to work independently with minimum supervision

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules

- Detail oriented and meticulous with the ability to work within deadlines

- Able to communicate effectively and professionally

- Able to work independently and as well as in dynamic team

- Posses Class 3 driving licence

- Willing to work in Tuas vicinity
