Duties and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for working closely with the CEO and Japan head office’s direction to improve current business operation and revise them to achieve the company’s long-term vision. Additionally, will be handling various teams including human resources, government affairs, compliance and legal matters to ensure alignment and execution of the strategic plans.
- Develop and articulate the company's overall strategic direction and vision.
- Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
- Identify strategic risks and help to reduce these risks and ensures overall compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing strategies and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.
- Actively support the CEO and BOD on strategic initiatives.
Requirement :
- Ability to think critically and analytically, and to develop long-term plans and strategies for the organization.
- Strong understanding of the business landscape and be able to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Effectively lead and motivate teams to achieve strategic goals.
- Effectively communicate the organization’s strategy to employees, shareholders, and other stakeholders.
- Have significant prior experience in leadership or strategic planning roles.
- It is helpful to have a deep understanding of the industry in which the organization operates.
- Effectively report to CEO and Japan headoffice in Japanese.
