Your Responsibilities: -
- Provide secretarial support to the Managing Director.
- Act as a back-up Receptionist when required.
- Arrange and coordinate company events and activities.
- Coordinate meetings and extend hospitality to business partners and overseas visitors.
- Prepare and update corporate hotel rates for booking accommodations when needed.
- Ensure timely updates on the company website and manage corporate communications from both internal and external parties.
- Maintain accurate records of sales contracts.
- Assist in the bi-monthly payment process by verifying vendor and supplier invoices.
- Oversee building-related matters.
- Coordinate building maintenance to ensure safety and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage vehicle parking arrangements.
- Ensure office and pantry supplies are ordered and distributed properly.
You will need: -
- Min. of 3 years of work experience, particularly in admin support.
- Well versed in MS Office and SAP
- Hold a Diploma in Business Administration or an equivalent.
- Candidates with prior employment at leading Japanese firms are given preference.
