- Design and administer a Food Safety Assurance System.
- Investigate findings and identity the causes of incidents related to food safety.
- Carry out compliance checks and internal audits related to SFA to all premises.
- Rectify issues related to SFA.
- Conduct food safety training to staff as required.
- Maintain and update central kitchen’s ISO 22000 documentation accordingly.
- Report findings and investigation to superiors.
- Perform any other duties to be assigned from time to time by superiors.
