Do you have a knack for formatting Word documents perfectly? Do you consider yourself to be systematic, efficient & meticulous?

If you love administrative work & are fantastic at supporting different teams, you might just be the team member we're looking for!

[About Our Team]

At The Pique Lab, we’re on a mission to create the best Math & Science learning experience for students aged 9 to 16 in Singapore. Our lessons are meticulously crafted based on pedagogical research, data-driven methodologies & have one overarching goal: to make learning fun, shorten learning curves & help students develop a genuine appreciation for Math & Science.

Over the past decade, we've grown from a pair of co-founders to a diverse team of over 100 team members across 10 departments. Our proprietary learning methodology & examination-centric materials have helped more than 20,000 students ace their examinations.

Our headquarters is in Singapore, with remote teams in China, India, Malaysia & Philippines. We take pride in our open, fast-paced & flat organisational structure where every team member is valued for their skills & competencies, not just their job titles.

[Your Role]

As our Administration Executive, your mission is to take good care of all administrative matters within the academic team, so that our academic faculty can perform at their best.

You’re the behind-the-scenes, selfless magician who is always making things better & more convenient for others, which everyone is thankful for!

Being successful in your role means that you can make things run like clockwork & help more students learn Science & Math easier, better & faster.

Here’s what a typical workday will look like for you:

(1) Participate in the vetting process to ensure that published materials comply with the organisation’s internal guidelines: This is an extremely important task & we need superheroes with eagle eyes to catch bad grammar & inconsistent spacing & fix them!

(2) Assist in the production of lesson materials: All of our materials are exclusively produced in-house by our team & you’ll be involved from the start of soft copy assembly to the physical printing & packing. We'll be equipping you with the skillsets comparable to veteran printers who have perfected the blend of precision & creativity.

(3) Exercise database hygiene by curating & tidying questions in our database, so they’re always publication-ready: If you are passionate about organising stuff & making sure everything looks neat, this is it!

(4) Assist in the formatting of targeted practices: To accomplish this task well, you need to be able to appreciate & master the art of formatting documents on Microsoft Word. Think: section breaks, headers/footers & line spacings!

(5) Assist teachers in administrative duties: These include scanning marked assignments, preparing experiment materials and organising curriculum information to help our Customer Service Team communicate more effectively with parents. Your role is to support our teachers in these logistical tasks so that they can focus on teaching our students more effectively!

[You, Our Ideal Administrative Executive]
