Main duties and responsibilities:
- Plan and arrange all import and export shipment
- Work with freight forwarders, carriers or service providers to ensure that the proper documentation is furnished
- Ensure that inbound and outbound data is updated to spreadsheet and Turn Key Sustainion database
- Provide clear and accurate information for shipment handling
- Follow up on billing after the completion of each shipment
Requirements:
- “O” Level or Diploma level
- At least 2 years' experience in Freight or Logistics background
- Must be proficient in English
- Knowledge of import and export
- Team player and good sense of urgency and initiative
