Job Description
Your responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement contracting strategies aligned with project scopes and market conditions
- Oversee pre-qualification, tendering, and contract award processes
- Manage contracts, including scope changes and schedule issues, in collaboration with Project Managers
- Set up and manage contracting and sourcing plans, and organize tender boards
- Manage the P2P process to ensure timely delivery of services/products and utilize ERP systems effectively
- Organize pre-qualifications and update suppliers list
- Implement continuous improvement plans on procurement processes and policies
- Tender and contract management including RFI/RFP development
The Successful Applicant
You should have a Diploma or a Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or related field and at least few years of experience in contract/procurement management. You must possess a strong understanding of contract law as well as strong negotiation and communication skills.
