The candidate will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and optimizing our production processes and machinery. You will play a critical role in ensuring our production lines run smoothly and efficiently, meeting delivery schedules, and maintaining our high standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with intra- and inter-department member to setup process for new products and product design changes, create and perform validation and verification of programs and fixtures, and report results in detailed technical reports.
- Upkeep of assigned machines, troubleshoot and resolve process abnormalities, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Carry out wiring and assembly of equipment and machines to set up the process line; ensuring all manufacturing systems are correctly installed and functioning.
- Create and modify programs for testing sequences to enhance process efficiency.
- Perform analysis of process data to resolve issues, to support the production delivery schedules and quality standards are met, and productivity is improved.
- Work as part of a team to improve manufacturing processes through the implementation of motion system automation, enhancing efficiency of the production lines.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Electrical or Electronics.
Ability to interpret electrical circuitry diagrams.
Proficiency in C programming and knowledge of PLC programming.
