- Invoices / Delivery Order to customers.
- To monitor and maintain documents/filing
- Attend to customer’s queries via phones
- Take sales orders and arrange the fulfillment with the operations team
- Monitor products quality and quantity issues
- Sourcing and negotiations with reliable suppliers
- Regular review of the purchase price to ensure we are on market track
- Delivery coordination when issue arises
- Maintenance of certifications and ISO/HACCP paperwork
- Providing ad-hoc general administrative support when assigned
Requirements
- Able to multitask.
- Good organizing and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel & Word)
- Knowledge of SAP would be added advantage.
- Candidate with 2 years of experience in sales support or general administration
- experience will have an added advantage.
