Office Administrations & Procurement Support Officer

Aries Fresh Pte. Ltd.

  • Invoices / Delivery Order to customers.
  • To monitor and maintain documents/filing
  • Attend to customer’s queries via phones
  • Take sales orders and arrange the fulfillment with the operations team
  • Monitor products quality and quantity issues
  • Sourcing and negotiations with reliable suppliers
  • Regular review of the purchase price to ensure we are on market track
  • Delivery coordination when issue arises
  • Maintenance of certifications and ISO/HACCP paperwork
  • Providing ad-hoc general administrative support when assigned

Requirements

  • Able to multitask.
  • Good organizing and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel & Word)
  • Knowledge of SAP would be added advantage.
  • Candidate with 2 years of experience in sales support or general administration
  • experience will have an added advantage.

Working Location : Mandai Foodlink
