Roles & Responsibilities
• Liaise with Vendors on purchase.
• Negotiating credit terms and pricing.
• Processing of purchase request
• Build and maintain relationships with key principles and suppliers.
• Co-ordinate with staff involved in procurement and purchasing.
• Coordinate with suppliers on delivery lead time, monitor & expedite delivery schedules.
• Ensure quality, shipping documentation and other logistics processes are in order.
• Liaise with sales team for sales forecast and project team for planning of stock.
• Responsible to maintain and keep inventory data up to date, to reduce out of stock and ageing stocks.
• Coordinate and receive incoming equipment and machine parts.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, security and layout of stock in the store.
• Complete necessary paperwork associated with receipt and delivery order of goods.
• Participate in inventory stock checking.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by manager. Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least ITE Certificate.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Min.3 year of logistics & warehousing experience preferred.
• Proactive, positive and responsible individual.
• Possess a forklift license (preferred)
• A team player with good interpersonal and able to communicate effectively in English is essential.
