Finance & Procurement Governance Assistant Manager

  • Lead the division's budgeting process, collaborating with project teams to ensure proposed expenses align with projected revenue.
  • Oversee billing administration, coordinating with finance and billing partners to ensure accurate and timely billing for our agencies. Where billing isn't feasible, ensure timely accruals.
  • Support bulk tenders by partnering with procurement and business units to project manage demand forecasting, solution evaluations, and related processes.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement and finance policies within the division, working with project teams to follow guidelines and conducting periodic documentation checks.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum a Degree in any relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Finance/Audit
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken)
  • Singaporean(s) Only
