RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To manage & oversee smooth day-to-day branch operations
- To lead & motivate retail & sales staff
- To mentor, advice and provide resolutions to any staff issues when necessary
- Responsible for branch’s performance and sales target achievement
- Develop innovative and effective sales strategies & plans
- Perform sales forecasting activities and set performance goal
- Provide continuous service / product education and reinforce service / products’ benefits to customers.
- Provide constructive feedback with regards to improvement of the Company
- Any other Ad-hoc duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of experience in a Managerial / Supervisory level
- Preferably in the Beauty & Wellness industry
- Possess excellent management & leadership qualities
- A self-driven and highly motivated person with excellent sales skills
- Good communication & interpersonal skills, with a confident disposure
- Must be able to work on retail hours
- 5days work week
