Our Client is a Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) engineering firm that specialized in a one stop solution in integrating M&E needs from start to end for both public and private sector. They are looking to hire a M&E Technician who shall be responsible to assist the Maintenance & Service Department in dealing with On-site Maintenance & Service works & co-ordination with sub-contractors on repair works.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.
· Attend to Emergency calls by Client.
· Assess the problems on site before reporting back to HOD.
· Carry out scheduled Maintenance & Servicing on electrical & mechanical systems & prepare the service report.
· Requires to be hands-on to carry out minor repair works.
· To carry out trouble-shooting and preventive maintenance on site.
· Assist in monitoring all work being performed by sub-contractors.
· Maintain the office store in order with proper documentation.
· Assist HOD to attend to Scheduled Annual Shut Down of Customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE/ Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in M & E works (Electrical /ACMV)
- Mandarin Speaking preferred
- Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
