Here’s what your responsibilities will be:
- Provide excellent customer service, accurate information, inspiring your team to deliver a great shopping experience
- Recommend and promote products to customers, executing campaigns and activities in store
- Accurate stock movement’s admin (e.g. delivery check, stock transfer)
- Maintaining an overview of your outlet to drive sales and profitability
- Acting as a role model to your team, inspiring and developing them to be future leaders
- Responsible for achieving sales target
- Acting as a role model to your team, Manage and coach the team on ways to handle customers’ enquiries / feedback / complaints in a professional manner according to the brand’s service standards and expectations
Requirements:
- Be able to work collaboratively in a team
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work on retail operational hours which includes Weekends and Public Holidays
- Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle customers professionally
- Possess good problem-solving skills, self-motivated with a strong ability to set goals, delegate work and follow up on results
- Possess good interpersonal skills and be able to work independently
- 6 days, 9 /12 hour shift (rotation of shift)
